Portlland Oregon Personal Chef John Paulk is a professionally trained graduate of Western Culinary Institute and possesses a Certified Culinarian designation through the American Culinary Federation. He, and other Mezzaluna personnel, are licensed and up to date on all aspects of kitchen and food service sanitation. He holds a current Oregon Food Handlers card (number: 11114) in accordance with Multnomah County Ordinance number 124. This card can be shown to client upon request. Additionally, John carries personal chef liability insurance through CNA Insurance Company. Mezzaluna is a personal chef service in Portland Oregon. We can provide in-home catering services for special events.
